Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sahu, is the Chairman, Managing Director and CFO of our Company / Group. Mr. Sahu is the Promoter Director of the Group & Company. He is a commerce graduate. Mr. Sahu is a renowned industrialist in the Ranchi. He has started his career in his family business. His expertise in Management helped the family to establish 1st Flour Mill in 2004 and later on Rice Mill in 2007. He has played a key role in growth and development of the Company. Presently, he monitors the sales & marketing as well as procurement function and responsible for overall operational management of the Company. He has played a key role in growth and development of the Company.

Mrs. Sonal Agarwal, is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company. She is a Company Secretary and Associate member of ICSI. She has over 5 years of experience in field of secretarial services and has served several companies.

Mrs. Binita Sahu is the Whole-time Director of BABA FOOD PROCESSING (INDIA) LIMITED. She plays a key role in the strategic planning, operational management, and overall governance of the Company. With her hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, she contributes significantly to ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with statutory requirements, and sustainable business growth.
