Baba Food Processing (India) Ltd. (BFPL), a company, incorporated under the Companies Act, vide Certificate of Incorporation dated April 22, 2015. BFPL has established an Ultra Modern Highly Automated Buhler’s Swiss Technology PesaMill for manufacturing of stoneless high fibre atta and also an Ultra Modern Highly Automated Buhler’s Swiss Technology Roller Flour Milling at Bandheya, Nagri with installed capacity of 200 Tons per day. Company has wide marketing network in Jharkhand & Odissa for marketing of its various products under brand name of “Panchakanya” & “Bhajan”.
We have manufacturing unit at Nagri, Ranchi and have an expansion plan at Patna Bihar, through our wholly owned subsidiary company. We have an annual turnover of Rs. 1900 million and have about 120+ employment at present.
We have Recognised and Established Customer Base. With our quality products and regular supply, we have earned a huge customer base across Eastern and North Eastern Indian States namely Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam. The customers are wholesalers as well as retailers, which reflects the acceptability of the products offered by us. We process high quality flours and flour products, and the same is well accepted by our target customers, thereby help us to connect well with our wholesaler and retailers.
Panchakanya Foods Pvt. Ltd. (PKF) a company, incorporated under the Companies Act, having its Registered Office at Ratu Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand with motive to establish an Ultra Modern Highly Automated Roller Flour Mill and Chakki Whole Wheat Atta Mill with installed capacity of 300 tpd at Sikanderpur Industrial Area, Bihta, Patna Bihar with target to expand the market base to Bihar, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, North East Region and dipper Odissa. PKF is wholly owned subsidiary of Baba Food Processing (India) Ltd.
YKS Warehousing & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (YKS) a company, incorporated under the Companies Act, with motive to develop warehouses and provide logistic services in various part of Eastern Region of India viz., Jharkhand, Bihar, Odissa, Chattisgarh, West Bengal etc. At present company with is promoter has around 330000 sq ft warehousing facility leased to ITC, Dabur, Pidilite, JSBCL etc.
